Obesity is a growing problem in the western world, with the variety of ready made food or fast food becoming more accessible and almost inescapable. There seems to be increasing visual enticement to eat unhealthy with the bombardment of marketing advertisements on fast food chains, cakes, sweets, and other unhealthy foods and drinks. 

Sometimes it's not as simple as the craving of satisfying our palate with unhealthy food; often the 'craving' for food, stems form much deeper issues.  Sometimes we are not even aware of these issues, which can range from the following:

Hypnosis works by a simple bypassing of your conscious critical mind, the one that decides what and if it's necessary to eat; and imparts new positive and healthier resources and suggestions. Our subconscious then develops a new and healthier relationship with the way we look at food.  Food is energy and necessary for survival.  Through Hypnosis, our brain is taught to recognise this, and to recognise when we don't want excess or to indulge in the wrong food choices any longer.
